The former AXA building in the centre of Geneva, currently occupied by offices and shops on the ground floor, needs to undergo a major renovation. In order to manage the project and, above all, to integrate this two-tower building complex into the current urban context, AXA wanted to call on the services of a total contractor for a design and build mandate.  

Following an initial tendering phase, which notably confirmed the strategic use choices (offices vs flats) for the transformation of this building, AXA therefore concluded a development agreement that should lead to a complete redevelopment of the property by 2025.
