Drees & Sommer Nordic is providing Client Advisory services to the Bispebjerg Hospital in Copenhagen.

For BMW in Malmö/Sweden, Drees & Sommer Nordic supported with Project Management, Technical/Economic Consulting in the relocation and new construction of the company's regional distribution centre.

For an international property company investor, the Nordic team has provided Technical Due Diligence, Advisory, and Contract/Negotiation support in the construction of a new hotel in Copenhagen.

Drees & Sommer Nordic carried out the Project Management for a new office/warehouse for Siemens Flow Instruments in Sønderborg, Denmark.

Drees & Sommer Nordic supported the first acquisition of Austrian company WALTER IMMOBILIEN (part of the WALTER GROUP) in Denmark with their newly-built multi-family residential property located at Martinsvej in Frederiksberg with services like Technical Due Diligence, Project Monitoring and Technical Advisory.

Drees & Sommer Nordic supported the Munich-based investment company Catella with Real Estate Consulting, Project Development Consulting and Techincal Due Diligence for its 6,209 square meter "Project Garden" residential project in Ballerup, 16 kilometers northwest of Copenhagen.
