Commissioning in 2 phases and 3 sub-projects (TP). Phase 1 for coordinating the basic principles and scheduling processes. Phase 2 for the preparation and realisation of the sub-projects.
SP1 - Fire protection:
Due to the existing fire loads in access zones for commercial use, the approved fire protection concept is not complied with. In order to be able to continue to use the areas as sales and promotional areas, the requirements of the AFS (St. Gallen Fire Protection Office) are to be implemented.
TP2 - Building automation:
Complete replacement of the building automation system including replacement of the automation level.
SP 3 - TDD:
Carrying out a visual inspection of the building fabric, technical installations and landlord extensions to review the existing TDD from 2013.

Ensuring the long-term, secure use of the shopping centre and increasing its attractiveness for potential tenants.
