FIVE Hotel Zurich

A breath of fresh air in the former Hotel Atlantis. At the end of July 2022, FIVE opened its doors as "the hippest hotspot in Zurich".
The newly revitalised hotel combines a cosmopolitan lifestyle with a mix of entertainment, gastronomy and hotel business and offers its guests various restaurants, a nightclub and different bars. In addition to the innovative hotel concept, the marvellous view over the Zurich skyline is also unique.
 
Drees & Sommer Switzerland's experts supported the client, FIVE Development, with technical due diligence at the start of the project and were then able to support the unique project from the tendering phase through to completion and commissioning in the role of general planner.
