Drees & Sommer, a leading European consulting company providing a single source of consultation and implementation services for the real estate, industrial, energy and infrastructure sectors appoints Zdeněk Kovář as Managing Director for the Czech Republic. In his new role, Zdeněk will focus on increasing awareness of the company and its service portfolio in the Czech market. He will also combine local market knowledge with the firm's strong presence in Germany and Austria and accelerate the development of the Czech office's service offering. Like other countries in the CEE region where the company is significantly expanding its business activities, the Czech office draws on Drees & Sommer's international know-how and a number of successful projects around the world.
Zdeněk Kovář has more than 20 years of professional experience in various areas of the construction industry. A large portion of this time was spent with an established international consulting firm in the construction and real estate sector with British roots. While there, he worked in several senior positions with responsibility for managing key projects across various segments and developing business activities in the Czech market.

Zdeněk Kovář graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague with a degree in Management and Economics in Civil Engineering.
