Technical due diligence service for more than 300 properties in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic for a major corporate transaction in the healthcare sector. Drees & Sommer Czech Republic assessed three sites with more than 20 buildings. The main focus of the service was to assess the buyer's maintenance and repair obligations for the real estate portfolio with a rough costs indication for the findings.
