Onboarding is very important to us. We want you to feel part of the team quickly and get off to a successful start. That’s why we have developed a process that provides digital and analog support during your first weeks and months in the company. And thanks to our mentor program, there is always someone there to answer any questions you might have. Once you have completed initial training, you will gradually take on more and more responsibility.
And if you want to continue to develop after your flying start, we offer a broad range of opportunities at the Drees & Sommer Academy. The diverse range of content allows you to enhance your expertise and hone your soft skills.
