The Arosa Kulm Hotel, most of which dates back to 1974, is in need of a thorough refurbishment as both the building services and the facade are getting on in years. In order to raise the necessary funds, it was decided to build 8 chalets on the undeveloped meadow area of the hotel, which are to be used both for hotel management and for selling the flats on the open market. The proceeds from the sale will be used to extend the spa, build a car park for the residents of the chalets and upgrade the quality of the infrastructure (lobby, restaurants and rooms).
