The new ‘Haus zu Falken’ building will create a unique connection between Stadelhofen station and the centre of Zurich. With this prestigious urban development project, AXA Anlagenstiftung is realising high-quality and attractive rental space for offices, commercial premises and services at Kreuzbühlstrasse 1-3. In addition, an underground bicycle station with around 800 parking spaces will be built, supporting the city's initiative for more sustainable urban mobility.

Drees & Sommer Switzerland is assisting the client with the client’s representative mandate. This will ensure that the architecturally sophisticated design by Calatrava Valls AG can be realised efficiently. The building not only sets an accent in terms of design, but also fulfils the requirements of a sustainable new building. This is emphasised by sustainability certification in accordance with the LEED Gold Standard, which is being developed in close cooperation with colleagues from Drees & Sommer Germany.

Allreal Generalunternehmung AG is realising the new ‘Haus zu Falken’ building as a total contractor. From the end of 2025, the building will be available to tenants of the bike station with a connection to the Stadelhofen railway station passage.
