A pioneering urban quarter is being created: around 420 apartments as well as 7,000 square meters of commercial space for a hotel, social facilities and residential care will be built on a 30,000 square meter site on the corner of Yorckstrasse and Möckernstrasse from spring 2014. 

The project is the largest passive house project in the German capital and is characterized by a holistic planning approach that takes both ecological and social aspects into account.
