A ten-storey building is being constructed in a central location in Geneva. A mixture of existing and new construction, it will house a hotel on the top eight floors. The Stay KooooK Hotel will have 70 studios and 14 family studios ready for guests from the beginning of 2024. From its magnificent panoramic terrace on the top floor, the view extends as far as Lake Geneva and the Mont Blanc massif. The lower floors will house commercial space and catering facilities.
