The tenant fit-out in the newly created ‘Baloise Park’, directly at the Basel SBB railway station, impresses with its ideal location. A working environment has been created for employees that combines a wide range of needs from concentration to collaboration on an area of 850 square metres. Meetings can be held either at a high table with modelling clay or in a disused ski lift.

Drees & Sommer Switzerland was able to support this exciting project as the client's representative. Together with Beiersdorf and the general contractor, we not only ensured that the building was occupied on schedule, but also created a workplace that puts the employees at the centre!
