JOYN Serviced Living is a serviced flat provider that offers high-quality micro living for business travellers with a focus on long stays. The flats are designed to be multifunctional, modern and sustainable to provide a flexible all-in-one living concept for business travellers. JOYN Serviced Living is exclusively represented in A-destinations and premium locations; currently already twice in Munich, Vienna and Cologne.

The new building in Zurich rounds off the JOYN living concept for business travellers with a focus on long stays and, in addition to the 343 flats and 104 hotel rooms, offers a lobby, a restaurant with seating in the inner courtyard, a fitness area, a laundry lounge and a rooftop bar on the 6th floor. With this project, investment manager and co-investor CORESTATE Capital Group aims to strengthen its serviced living portfolio and is entering the Swiss market for the first time.

Following a successful technical due diligence, Drees & Sommer Switzerland was commissioned to handle the entire project and was responsible for project management and quality assurance.

The turnkey construction was realised by the total contractor "Halter Gesamtleistungen". The renowned architectural firm "monoplan" was commissioned with the general planning.
