The FELIX PLATTER University Centre for Geriatric Medicine in Basel opened its new building on time - after six years of planning and construction. Building Information Modelling (BIM) played an important role in the project right from the start. Thanks to BIM2FM - newly developed and implemented for the first time - the data from planning and realisation can also be used during operation.
