Credit Suisse, Bundling of Branches

A few years ago, Credit Suisse planned to adapt 37 branches to the new structural requirements of banking in several packages by remodelling and refurbishing them to varying degrees. Within the packages, a constant project organisation model was to achieve economies of scale and learning effects in order to improve purchasing, planning and execution, make processing more efficient and thus ultimately reduce costs. At the same time, construction operations should not impair the customer/employee flow during the construction phases. In the end, 6 offices were realised in Cham, Küssnacht, Thalwil, Davos, Rapperswil and Locarno.
