Drees & Sommer Switzerland is coordinating the planning of the move and the operational implementation of the Ostschweizer Kinderspital (children's hospital) in the new building. As the manager of the operational implementation, we are taking overall responsibility for the implementation and coordinating all the sub-projects that converge in this context. This ensures that all the sub-projects are implemented efficiently and smoothly. To ensure that the hospital can continue to operate without interruption, the flow of patients and goods must be planned meticulously. The move involves transporting both civilian and medical equipment, as well as consumables, while taking into account the safety of patients, especially in highly sensitive areas such as the intensive care unit.

  • Precise coordination of logistical processes
