How we proceed

We involve all stakeholders. Together, we develop pedagogical and didactic concepts. We derive infrastructural requirements from these concepts. We take interdisciplinary requirements into account. In doing so, we follow the design thinking approach. Step by step, we develop a concept that places future users at the centre. We use qualitative social research methods such as workshops, world cafés, citizen dialogues, real-world labs, expert interviews, surveys and future workshops.
