Drees & Sommer is supporting the Commune of Wormeldange in the development of a new village centre.

Based on the results of the participatory workshops with the citizens of the municipality, the terms of reference and the call for applications for the paid consultation were prepared in cooperation with the College of Aldermen and the OAI. Seven applications to take part in the paid consultation were submitted and Drees & Sommer assisted the municipality in selecting the three participants in the paid consultation. 

At a later stage, three colloquia were held between the jury and the three participants. Drees & Sommer was responsible for checking the projects submitted to the pre-jury before each meeting and for accompanying the meetings in the role of secretary to the jury.

At the end of this process, the project submitted by the joint venture of HSA, MDL and SGI was unanimously selected by the jury.
