OUR APPROACH

- As soon as the green light is given to the project, we start the pre-design phase, which leads to the delivery of a building design specification and a facility specification sheet and subsequently to the user specification sheet (URS).
- On the basis of the URS, we launch the design phase and prepare the tender documents.
- As soon as possible, we integrate modular design and construction.
