aedifion has developed a cloud platform to monitor, optimize and control buildings by using analytical algorithms. This platform can be connected to local systems and will recognize, collect and store available data. The operation of the local plant can then be optimized in accordance with this information, using basic control functionalities. Apps and services developed in-house or by external partners can be integrated into the platform by means of interfaces.

Architrave has developed an AI-supported document and data service to be used for complete digitization and secure storage of asset portfolios. The solution can automatically recognize, identify and extract data from documents. This translates into an improvement in efficiency and clearer organizational systems for real-estate management, and means that data management processes are standardized in the long term. The aim is to optimize the data storage structure for the entire life cycle of a property and to provide a centralized location for document storage.

BIM & More offers an innovative BIM library management system and allows the building materials and construction products industry to transfer project data directly from PIM systems into CAD systems to be used by architects. Project data can be inserted directly into the digital twin of the building concerned, and then managed throughout the entire duration of the digital life cycle. Simulations, estimates and optimizations are then able to be carried out at different points in the planning process. The aim of BIM & More is to improve the planning process for construction projects in terms of clarity, efficiency and speed.

CENDAS supports construction projects from preparation through to management, with digitalization of the construction site. CENDAS can be used to view digital plans, and to create task tickets and check them off automatically or manually. It also helps with real-time reporting of construction defects and revisions. As part of the construction site documentation process, CENDAS offers a digital log for documenting the construction site on a daily basis. The aim is to ensure that construction is documented clearly, transparently and accurately, as well as facilitating organization and communication for the whole team.

Madaster is a global online platform used to facilitate circular use of products and materials in the building industry. The Madaster platform brings transparency to the management of circular use and tangible assets by storing, enriching and sharing product and materials data, for the purpose of closing materials and substance cycles. Madaster assigns an identifier to materials, then links them to internal and external databases, consequently promoting circularity in the construction industry. Construction and material planning information can also be uploaded to the platform using a BIM model (IFC) or Excel files. This data is used to create materials passports for buildings or portfolios, containing information about the quality of the materials, their location and their residual value in financial terms.

v.create uses 3D/VR technologies to facilitate configuration of office space, entire buildings and plots. This reduces vacancy periods and increases rental income from buildings. The building configuration platform creates a customized gaming environment and allows for virtual planning and calculation of various aspects using a modular system. This means that project developers can automate the whole of the planning process. Customers can also be involved in the planning process, and take part in the design process, transparently.

Anchor Decisions Decisions is a central collaboration platform that can make structured AI-based decisions and provide support for builders, property developers, project developers, project managers and general planners. The platform generates a transparent cross-project overview of connections and decision-making processes, with visualization of the whole project strategy. It can detect conflicts in specifications, decisions and changes at an early stage, so that any adverse consequences can be prevented. The purpose of Anchor Decisions is to reduce risks concerning costs and scheduling, to accelerate decision-making processes and to alleviate the workload of the whole project team, by assigning tasks automatically and providing methodical support in preparation for decisions.

beeboard offers a central collaboration platform in the form of a process chart clearly indicating the distribution of work and responsibilities. Both internal and external project participants, such as property developers, general contractors and project managers, are integrated and work better together with access to synchronized processes and standard forms and tools. beeboard supports standardized implementation of individual projects to improve process speed and quality, whilst reducing costs. beeboard operates on the basis of PEP methodology, which is already applied in car manufacturing and shipbuilding.

The ESG-Toolbox is a platform that simplifies ESG and sustainability management. The ESG Toolbox dashboard offers an overview of all relevant sustainability criteria. The well-known sustainability systems and standards for performance evaluation for companies, districts, campuses, portfolios and buildings are already mapped out for easy application. The tool also offers users the option of creating individual ESG score cards. This means that users can constantly monitor status, achievement of objectives and agreed measures, with the associated costs. The ESG Toolbox is used to organize, monitor and provide a professional display of performance improvements at a glance.

It also optimizes central communication and collaboration with numerous stakeholders.
