Planning

During the planning phase, we take on technical and economic control and quality monitoring. If problems arise, we implement effective countermeasures and work with the planning team to develop alternative solutions. And we carry out these tasks as equal partners. Modularization and standardization are also promising, indicating potential for substantial savings. 
Implementation

By monitoring quality, deadlines and costs, we can ensure realization of your construction project. To achieve this, we also carry out regular inspections of construction work, and document the progress of your project.    
Operation

After your project has been brought into operation and accepted, we take care of tracking defects and warranty management. We use Value Analytics Engineering and technical and economic optimization, and we ensure that your building or technical system also works during operation and meets all requirements. Using stress testing and emulations, before and during the operating phase, we check whether your building or system is able to withstand the stresses. If needed, we carry out adjustments.
