COMPLIANCE AND CERTIFICATIONS

For Drees & Sommer, compliance is an essential component of responsible and successful corporate management. The objective of our comprehensive compliance processes is to ensure that all employees and governing bodies of companies in the Drees & Sommer group act in accordance with the law. Our certified compliance management system ensures that all principles and measures have been established in a risk-oriented manner and integrated into our processes: We provide training for our managers and our employees, and we've implemented control and monitoring equipment, and set up channels for reporting any suspected issues.

The primary goal for Drees & Sommer is to be a reliable partner, always, both to our customers and to our business partners. This is our fundamental outlook, forming the foundation of our "Success with Integrity" statement, which is a part of our corporate philosophy, as well as being in our Code of Conduct. Both sets of rules are an integral part of the compliance management system and the employment relationship for all our employees. Anyone acting in contravention of the principles defined in the Code of Conduct, is going against the cornerstone of our corporate values. Compliance failures will not be tolerated and will be rigorously pursued.

We have a reporting system available for use by our employees and our business partners, if they suspect a compliance failure. Reports to Drees & Sommer can be made either to the internal Reporting Office, or to the Compliance Officer, or anonymously to our external legal ombudsperson. The Drees & Sommer Group  Whistleblower Policy  specifies the points of contact and defines the structure for this reporting process.
