Advantages and challenges of Digital Transformation
Digital transformation offers enhanced processes, increased efficiency, and lower operational costs, but faces challenges with user-friendliness and interactivity of digital tools.
AI and digital tools not yet standard for many workers
Despite growing interest, AI and digital skills are not yet standard in the construction and real estate sectors, with many workers lacking a clear overview of available tools and training opportunities.
Dealing with technologies and digital tools (AI)
Workers and companies are promoting training and further education on AI and digital tools, yet adoption remains limited due to a lack of clear understanding and specific activities to foster innovation. Currently, AI is mainly used for data collection, document management, reporting, and planning, while other technologies like project management software and cloud computing are also popular.
Background
