To identify possible optimization potential of your hotel property and hotel operation we first have to undertake a comprehensive assessment of the current situation (including building systems equipment, fitout, cost-efficiency, etc.). Based on the findings, we then show you possible measures to upgrade your hotel or its operation and examine their feasibility. The definition of specific measures – for example involving maintenance, energy efficiency upgrade and the conceptual repositioning of the hotel – then allows a detailed implementation plan to be drawn up.
