"The Hospital Property Of The Next Generation" 2024

Climate change, increasing outpatient care, demographic change, high construction costs, decarbonisation: the challenges in the entire healthcare sector are increasing. In order for our hospital landscape to meet the requirements of tomorrow, a rethink and, in some cases, high investments in the building fabric are necessary. At the same time, new concepts, creative solutions and flexible structures are required.

What can these look like and what will the players involved have to face?

These questions, among others, will be discussed at the 13th specialist congress in Germany "The hospital property of the next generation" on 12 and 13 June 2024 at the Atrium Hotel in Mainz. Since 2011, our Associate Partner Jürgen Zimmermann has been the organiser of this forward-looking event, at which around 40 experts will provide exciting insights and outlooks on planning and realising the hospital property of tomorrow.
