2,000 square meters of space for innovation: The first Scale-up Center in Stuttgart will open its doors in autumn 2024, with Drees & Sommer as an anchor partner.
In the former Daimler headquarters, start-ups and scale-ups (more advanced start-ups) will find a suitable infrastructure for further growth and networking. The Scale-up Center also offers Drees & Sommer start-ups space for further development.
As part of this partnership, Drees & Sommer can strengthen its role as an innovation leader in the construction and real estate industry and contribute to the development of transformative technologies. CEO Steffen Szeidl and Michael Aechtler from the Innovation Center were present at the inspection of the premises with Stuttgart's mayor Dr. Frank Nopper.
