Frankfurt am Main, Germany, October 21, 2020. Stuttgart-based Drees & Sommer SE specializes in construction and real estate planning and consulting. The company’s staff in the German city of Frankfurt am Main will move from the current location at Schmidtstrasse 51 to the Oststern project at Hanauer Landstrasse 123. The move is planned for December 2022. The new premises will comprise around 5,500 square meters of floor space. Drees & Sommer signed a long-term rental agreement for the offices with the Frankfurt real estate developer Lang & Cie. in September. Lang & Cie. is currently completing the innovative, sustainable office building in Frankfurt’s Ostend district. Drees & Sommer obtained advice on leasing the premises from Black Olive.
‘The new location on Hanauer Landstrasse offers our staff of more than 500 in Frankfurt an innovative, convertible office space in an ideal location with very good infrastructure. Looking to the future with confidence, we chose premises that we can extend, if necessary.
They will also meet the increased demands on the working environment arising from our steadily expanding range of services into the future. The new offices also offer better accommodation for our clients and visitors, who will also be able to reach us more easily in our new location, close to the city center with very good connections to public local transport. Our decision is a clear acknowledgment of the positive growth prospects of the city of Frankfurt am Main and the entire Rhine-Main region’, Marc Schömbs, partner of Drees & Sommer SE.
Keeping Up With Growth in the Rhine-Main Region
