The 22-bedroom 19th-century house has a new 57-bedroom hotel extension complete with a full spa, restaurant, and conference facilities plus 60 new holiday lodges in the surrounding estate.
Drees & Sommer UK has been appointed as PM and Employer’s Agent by 12.18 Roxburghe Hotel Golf & Spa Ltd on this prestigious hospitality project, managing and coordinating the overall design services, overseeing the appointments of the contractors and construction works on site and managing cost for the entire development. The project is due for completion in summer 2022.
