The 25hours Hotel is located on Paper Island in Copenhagen and is a showcase of innovative architecture and design. The vision was brought to life by architecture firm COBE, engineers from MOE, and the construction company NCC. The foyer, reception, restaurant, and meeting rooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floors, 128 stylish rooms are spread over two buildings (B2 and B3). The highlight is the Sky Bar on the top floor of B2.
Drees & Sommer supported and supervised the project from the transaction phase with technical due diligence (TDD) through to completion.
