The former site of the Residence Park Hotel is now home to the 7Pines Resort Sardinia, a luxurious five-star hotel. Located directly by the sea and close to Porto Cervo, it features private beaches, extensive gardens, first-class restaurants, and exclusive suites. Drees & Sommer supported the construction of 76 new rooms and suites in Sardinian style as well as a spa resort with saunas and treatment rooms, two outdoor pools, and relaxation areas. A new à la carte restaurant and a beach club with impressive sea views are the crowning touch. The remodeled façade enhances the sense of connection to the lush natural surroundings as well as accessibility to the services available.
