Adimmo AG, Silo Bleu Student Accommodation in Renens

Adimmo AG was commissioned by Basellandschaftliche Pensionskasse (BLPK) Liestal, the pension fund of the Swiss canton of Basel-Landschaft, to build new student accommodation in the Swiss municipality of Renens, and to operate the building for the client when it is completed.

To ensure that the building can be operated economically and to a high standard of quality it is important to identify the necessary operational processes and assign responsibilities.

Drees & Sommer was commissioned to provide support in defining the operational processes and the associated organizational model. The company worked with Adimmo to define an organizational model for the building in addition to an operating concept, on the basis of market scanning.
