Due to the growth of the organization, there was a need to expand the office space. After a selection procedure, Booking.com leased approximately 14,500 m² of VVO office space in Piet Hein Buildings in Amsterdam. As the name suggests, the Piet Hein Buildings are located on Piet Heinkade in the inner ring of the capital, directly on the IJ and next to the Passengers Terminal Amsterdam (PTA). The building consists of three linked parts and comprises a total of about 30,000 m² VVO. For Booking.com, the building has been equipped with 1,100 workstations, its own restaurant and the design has been attuned to the history of the location. There is a parking garage underneath the building.
