A new landmark in Zurich West offering spectacular views over the city of Zurich and its hinterland, the Vulcano building became a reality through a joint project involving CSA Real Estate Switzerland (CSA RES), an investment group of the Credit Suisse Investment Foundation for Pension Funds), and the real estate developer and general contractor Steiner Ltd. Visible from afar, the three slender, 80-meter-high residential towers offer a wide range of residential units combined with space for commercial and service businesses as well as generous public outdoor areas on a total floor area of around 58,000 square meters.
