Delta Electronics is a market leader in the field of power and thermal management solutions. As a result of Delta’s continuing expansion, the current Dutch accommodation in Eindhoven was no longer adequate. The new accommodation of Delta on the Automotive Campus in Helmond was developed and implemented under the supervision of Drees & Sommer.
The new accommodation has room for approximately 130 employees. On coming into the building, the visitor enters the showroom where Delta’s smart solutions are presented. The car park also features the company’s latest products, such as parking bay sensors, electric charging stations, lighting and number plate recognition systems. In addition to office space, the building also houses a test laboratory.
In addition to the showroom and parking lot, the entire building is actually a showcase of Delta’s high-end innovations. The building is equipped with various smart applications with which everything is fully automated and connected. By means of sensors, things like lighting, air quality, temperature and heating can be controlled remotely.
