KAURI CAB is planning an integrated 107,000 square meter quarter in the historic precinct designed by renowned architect Hans Hertlein in Berlin’s Spandau Hakenfelde district. The goal is to develop a campus-style mix of living and working with regional appeal. The circle of life is a key guiding principle for the project: The development takes current lifestyles into account by creating new forms of integrated housing and adopting an intergenerational approach.
