FRA27 is a future-oriented data center being built in the center of Frankfurt that combines technological innovation with sustainable architecture. The four-storey cube, topped by an elegantly recessed roof level, is a flagship project for advanced data infrastructure. 

Each of the four floors features an extensive server area accessed via a U-shaped, internal corridor. The plant rooms for power supply, transformer and IT systems are arranged in a U-shape along the outer walls. These are supplemented by utility spaces such as storage rooms and toilets, as well as by offices on the ground floor. Rooftop cooling units ensure an optimal climate in the server rooms, while other technical systems – some in separate rooms – provide the principal services for the data center.
