The listed Global Tower is located in the heart of Frankfurt am Main’s Central Business District. The client has extensively refurbished it in order to preserve its historical charm while creating modern and flexible office and retail space. Following completion of the renovation work, the Global Tower now offers high-quality offices, contemporary facilities, and improved access to city services. Drees & Sommer was responsible for project and tenant management as well as technical consulting and project controlling.
