Unique educational landscape - The German Graduate School of Management and Law (GGS), the branch of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Mosbach (DHBW) and the Academy for Innovative Education and Management (AIM) were established on a joint campus on behalf of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation. The three educational institutions have unique opportunities for development and joint cooperation on around 15,000 square meters of floor space.​

The educational campus in Heilbronn was officially opened on September 30, 2011 after a planning and construction period of just 34 months.
