Het Gastenhuis

Amvest Vastgoedontwikkeling has entered into a long-term collaboration with Het Gastenhuis. Amvest is developing about 50 small-scale residential locations for elderly people with dementia in the Netherlands for Het Gastenhuis. The locations will be run by a (live-in) caregiver couple. A safe haven and personal attention are paramount.

The locations consist of 20 care apartments with associated facilities and a home for the caring couple. Drees & Sommer Nederland (formerly BOAG) is developing various new construction locations throughout The Netherlands together with Amvest. In collaboration with various fixed partners, a suitable design is made for each location, as much as possible according to a basic design.
