Drees & Sommer was commissioned to document the condition of the buildings in the local authority’s portfolio. The assessment forms the basis for improved coordination and prioritization of required investments and for dynamic investment planning in the future. Investment planning ensures the long-term operation of the buildings, which will require ongoing maintenance and remediation, as well as systematic investment in structural modifications and equipment.
