In 2019, the client commissioned Drees & Sommer to provide project management, planning and property monitoring services for the revitalization of an office complex in Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt as part of an EPCM mandate. 

The project includes five properties for office use and a cafeteria for the campus. Drees & Sommer's expertise was already incorporated into the construction specifications and scheduling during the lease negotiations. With the EPCM team and its comprehensive approach, the company was instrumental in guiding the revitalization of the Office Campus from conceptual design to implementation and successful handover to the tenants. 

Drees & Sommer found the most cost-effective solutions for the client for the various challenges arising from the conversion of the existing building, in particular building physics and fire protection. Thanks to integrated planning within the EPCM team, the experts were able to implement the technically demanding security concepts of various tenants successfully. In addition, the sealed areas of the outdoor facilities were extensively redesigned and upgraded.
