With a large extension and extensive modernization over the course of a two year-construction period Pep Neuperlach is Munich's largest shopping center.
A retail are of 60,000 square meters and 42,000 visitors per day make Pep one the top-selling shopping centers in Germany.
Drees & Sommer supported the client with a technical project controlling for the demolition and new construction of a parking garage, the redevelopment of the mall and the renewal of the fire protection equipment in the entire center.
