The Saadiyat Development and Investment Company (SDIC) commissioned Drees & Sommer to design every detail to the highest standard while preserving the natural beauty of the island. In addition to beach activities, green areas, ornamental gardens, pools, fitness centers, a spa, restaurants and shops ensure a varied quality of life.

The challenge of the project was to protect the sensitive ecosystem and adhere to a strict cost and time schedule. Agile project management and workshops enabled the Drees & Sommer team to manage the project responsibly and in line with the high expectations.
