Drees & Sommer’s experts have developed the optimized Digital Strategy 2.0 based on a fundamental analysis of WMB Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte MBH’s previous digital strategy.
A key component of the project was the development of a roadmap for the central fields of action: data and processes, people, organization, and buildings. Within this roadmap, the experts developed lighthouse use cases as exemplary applications of the new strategy.
Finally, Drees & Sommer created an integrated communication concept to support the implementation of the digital strategy. The result is detailed action measures tailored to the specific needs and goals of the company.
