Dialogue, communication and the exchange of knowledge are the focus of the new Schüco One company headquarters. The modern, dynamically shaped office building with 7,200 square metres of usable space and open, communication-promoting workplaces heralds the working space of the new generation. Schüco One will be the first building in the world to receive all three sustainability certifications from the LEED, BREEAM and DGNB labels. The campus is also home to the new Schüco Welcome Forum - Schüco’s largest showroom worldwide. The 4,650 square metre visitor centre offers guests a comprehensive insight into the world of Schüco. A café, the newsroom, various meeting and workshop rooms provide space for a personal reunion and round off the visitor experience. macom – Part of Drees & Sommer has supported Schüco in this great project with its expertise since 2018.
