THE SHIP in Cologne Ehrenfeld is a pioneer in digital office buildings in Germany: this is where revolutionary technologies meet a liveable working environment. In THE SHIP, employees are free to choose how and where they want to work. The building offers over 13,000 square meters of gross floor space for more than 500 workstations, many retreats, lounge areas, think tanks and garden offices. Together with the neighboring existing property “Alte Wagenfabrik”, the new building forms an area with a campus character. Tenants, including FOND OF GmbH and the startup accelerator xdeck, have been gradually moving into the new building since the end of 2019.​
