CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT – INTEGRATED SERVICES FOR ALL PHASES OF A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Thanks to our extensive experience, we have broad know-how across all cost groups in our traditional area of core competency, namely service phases (SPs) 6 – 9 of the German Schedule of Services and Fees for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). Our expertise covers modernization and new construction projects including housing, office and administrative buildings, retail buildings, clinics and life sciences facililities, and complex special-purpose buildings of all sizes.

We represent the client before, during and after the construction phase and use Integrated Construction Management and Lean Site Management to consolidate our services in construction work (cost group 300), building services equipment (cost group 400) and outdoor facilities (cost group 500). We identify what needs to be done at an early stage across all service phases and take swift, solution-oriented action that is based on digital technology and always transparent.
