Through future-oriented consulting, the enterprise can offer solutions for successful buildings, high-return portfolios, powerful infrastructure and livable cities. The company’s 5,100 employees in 59 locations around the world work in interdisciplinary teams to provide support for clients from a wide variety of sectors. All the services provided by the partner-run company take into consideration both economic and ecological concerns. Drees & Sommer calls this holistic approach ‘the blue way’.
"the blue way"
‘the blue way’ is the approach that Drees & Sommer takes to all services. Combining economy and ecology and thus reducing investment and operating costs while enhancing functionality and process quality – as well as taking design, health, well-being and user-friendliness into account – are the goals for all projects. Only in this way can value-add be secured for the principal over the entire life cycle of the property.
