As an Organization & Process consultant, you help our customers identify and establish the optimal organizational structure with the associated processes and tools. Our consultants combine the methodological expertise of management consultants with technical, IT and commercial expertise.  You work in interdisciplinary teams to get the best out of the customer’s organizations. To this end, you analyze organizational forms and processes, present best-in-class solutions and work step by step with the customer to develop their vision for the future. You also implement the solutions, if required.

As a Technical & Economic Construction consultant, you advise on technical disciplines throughout the entire planning and construction process, manage the specialist planners using our partnership approach, undertake costings and integrated economic feasibility studies, and participate in the construction acceptance process. In this way you make a significant contribution to the optimization of buildings and to quality assurance. Your expertise generates added value for customers, but also for planning and construction stakeholders. Using your social skills and methodological competence, you ensure clarity, trust, motivation and quality for all involved.
