In our Project Management Office (PMO) for the life sciences industry, we work in integrated teams alongside the client’s project managers, and handle the overall project management, project steering and reporting functions for the project as a whole.
Using agile planning processes, we also manage the planning phase, keeping a constant eye on the relationship between costs, time schedules and deadlines, and quality levels.
